I had a question, I'm new to airsoft and in ireland
Is the bright orange flash hider needed

The orange tip is not needed, Jimmy.

However, If you order a gun from America
it will arrive with an orange tip,
but your free to remove it. ( A pair of
pliars would be reccomended )
